The perfect retreat for you and your horse

 Our 20 stall insulated barn features handcrafted woodwork in each of our 12 x 12 stalls with chew guards, cross ties, feeders, insulated water buckets, fans and hay racks. 

The barn features 12 x 24 temperature controlled work tack room, 12 x 24  temperature controlled show tack room, large wash bay, feed room, storage room equipped with washer and dryer for keeping sheets and winter blankets clean, LED lighting throughout barn, ceiling fans through hallway of barn, windows with grills in most stalls, indoor arena, and 24/7 on site personnel & security.  

Keypad entry locks are in each room to keep equipement safe. Security cameras are located throughout the barn and in each room. 

Our two-story office is currently under construction will include several amenities such as bathrooms, spacious office, kitchen, lounge/bar room, consignment shop, and event room.

 Multiple pastures allow us to separate horses into groups that get along well together for daily turnout. Horses have access to fresh water while outside as well as hay and grain for horses who live outside 24/7. 

Run-In sheds for each paddock are being built in the near future.

Field Fencing will replace the current fencing in the future. 

We have a large 60 x 120 indoor riding arena  with round pen is equipped with LED lighting. Ceiling fans will be installed in the next few months and will help keep the arena a pleasant place during the warmer months.

Our outdoor arena is 100 x 200 wooden fence. It is perfect for hosting a fun show, wedding or just giving group lessons. 

50-foot outdoor round pen is located on the property as well for temporary turn out, training young horses and tiny tot lessons outside. 

 An 84 x 20 upper barn houses extra stalls, tool room/feed room and plenty of hay storage. 

The 20 x 10 building behind the  upper barn is our storage room. 

Trailer parking is located near the upper barn. This is the perfect area for larger trailers to turn around as well as parking for events. 

 Entrance gate, riding paths circle the entire back property and are wonderful for light trail riding or hiking. 3 stocked ponds for fishing activities and fire pit for bonfire nights. Picnic tables are being positioned throughout the farm to enjoy some quality time alone or with friends.

Seating area in the Gilbert-Sparks Memorial Garden by the barn makes for a perfect day with the family.

Surveillance cameras are located throughout the property.  Fire extinguishers are located in every building.
